Available every Sunday from 3-5pm at Kechala Restaurant, this specially curated afternoon tea experience brings together a perfect floral-inspired selection of sweet and savoury eats in a sophisticated setting looking out over Cove 55’s gardens.

Elegantly presented on three tiers, Cove 55’s Afternoon Tea offering is a lovely visual of delectable savouries and delicate patisserie, featuring a fresh palette of seasonable floral flavours imbued with a distinctive touch of indulgent luxury.


Conceptualised by Chef Mario, Culinary Director & Executive Chef at Cove 55, this pink-themed seasonal special features pastries and savoury dishes like the delicate Raspberry Choux Bun, Glazed Ruby Cherry Blossom Mousse, and the exquisite Flamed Free-Range Chicken Salad with Kechala Flower. Diners can savour the sweet notes of Calamansi, Vanilla Bean & Coconut Macaroon, while sipping on Mixologist Specials such as Tribal Remedy, a delicious blend of Sarawakian tuak, guava, dragon fruit, lime and mint.
