Cove 55 presents its new regular Sunday Afternoon Tea at Kechala restaurant. Available every Sunday from 3-5pm, this specially curated afternoon tea experience brings together a delicious selection of sweet and savoury eats in a sophisticated setting looking out over Cove 55’s gardens.

Elegantly presented on three tiers, Cove 55’s Afternoon Tea offering is a lovely visual of delectable savouries and delicate patisserie, featuring a fresh palette of seasonable flavours imbued with a distinctive touch of indulgent luxury.

Conceptualised by Chef Mario, Culinary Director & Executive Chef at Cove 55, the savoury line-up balances rich ingredients with a refreshing lightness, including: Green Papaya Salad with Buntal Prawns; Tomato Basil Sourdough Bread; Falafel Tortilla with Yoghurt-Mint Dip; Baked Beef Bacon and Spinach Frittata; Creamy Puff Pastry Pinwheels and Smoked Pastrami Brioche.

Having served as a Patisserie Chef at numerous Michelin stared venues in Europe, Chef Mario here demonstrates his repertoire of show-stopping desserts, including: Blueberry Cheesecake with Lotus Biscoff; Crisp Pink Ganache Macaroons and Borneo Chocolate Mousse Cake, as well as a fine selection of teas, coffee and coolers. A selection of Mocktails, Cocktails, Wines and Bubbles are available at extra charge.
