Unpretentious, casual and social, Kechala is Cove 55’s signature restaurant and bar that’s spearheading the concept of modern Sarawakian cuisine.

Its evolving menu is a tribute to indigenous herbs and sustainably sourced local produce; reinterpreting local favourites with western techniques, while remixing International classics with a distinctively Sarawakian touch. Expect interesting botanical infusions as well as flavourful ingredients foraged from the surrounding jungles.

Farm to table dining doesn’t get fresher than this. From your table in the kitchen garden, feel free to pick out the ingredients you like that are still rooted to the soil. Our chefs will have them harvested and prepared for you.
